Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 1.5 cup pasta
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2.5 cups water
Vegetables
- 2 small carrots
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 medium capsicum
- 2 green chilly
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 2 cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
Fat
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil (I prefer Olive Oil)
- 1/4 tsp hing (asafoetida)
Sauces and Spices
- 1/2 cup Pasta Sauce 1
- 2 pinch Black Pepper Powder
- 2 pinch Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 slice Cheese
Directions
Boil the pastas
- Add 2 cup water in a pane
- Add pastas and put the stove in medium setting.
- Adding salt helps in boiling the pastas.
- We need to boil the pastas till it becomes fluffy and soft. Pasta should be able to break with minimum effort. 2
Prepare Veggies
- Wash the vegetables
- Cut the vegetables in medium pieces
- Ginger and cloves should be chopped finely.
Drain the water from pasta
- Once pasta is ready, drain the water from pastas using strainer.
Roast the Veggies
- Take the 2 tbsp oil in a flat pane. Once oil becomes hot, add asafoetida.
- Then add veggies in below order in a pane.
- Ginger
- Clove
- Green chilly
- Carrots
- Onions
- Capsicum
- Add some salt and let the veggies get roast for 5 minutes.
Adding Pasta, Sauces, and Spices
- Add pasta sauces and let it mix with veggies for 30 seconds.
- Now add pasta
- Mix all the stuffs well and let it be for 30 seconds.
- On top of it add black pepper, red chilly flakes, and cheese.
- Let all the stuffs gets mixed for 2-3 minutes.
Garnishing
- Add some coriander and pasta is ready now!
- Serve it hot and enjoy delicious pasta.
