Ingredients
- 1 cup Wheat Flour
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1/3 cup Water
- Salt (as per taste)

Making Dough
- Mix 1 cup wheat flour
- Add 2 tsp of oil
- Add 1 tsp salt
- Slowly add water and knead the dough.
Notes on Ratio:
- 1 cup of wheat flour : 1/4 + 1/8 water OR
- 1 cup of wheat flour : 1/3 cup water
1 cup wheat flour will make 2 medium bhakhari.
Roll n Roast
- Once you are ready to make bhakhri, divide the kneaded dough into equal size balls.
- Roll out each ball into a small circle, not too thin or thick. ( You don’t need dry flour to roll the bhakhri )
- On medium heat (6/10), Put the Bhakhari (rolled side goes down first) on a hot pan and keep it till you see golden color on the top.
- After a few seconds, turn the bhakhri other side and cook until you can see golden brown spots.
- Now, if you want to roast bhakhri on the pan, use light pressure on the bhakhri with spatula and cook it until crispy.
